  • Preparing the Plan/Budget: Learn the importance of a strategic plan for your casual leasing - where does it fit into the on-going marketing of the centre and how casual leasing adds value to the owner's investment. Simple tricks on how to plan for budget success.
  • Point of Difference: Learn how to determine a point of difference over external competitive mall sites.
  • Merchandising/Display: "Keeping the Malls tidy". This topic is lead by a specialist retailer merchandiser. The content includes discussion on simple merchandising tricks, different options of display, ways to improve the effectiveness of display in your centre malls.
  • Value Add: Adding Value through promotional events. Learn how to get more of your centre retailers casual leasing and how to combine casual expos with your centre marketing.
  • Advertising: What are the essential advertising ingredients to attracting the right clients to display their merchandise in your malls. Learn also how to advertising your clients to the market.

Members: Two Days: $1140 plus GST per person.

Non Members: Two Days: $1350 plus GST per person.

As places are limited payment must be received by Lyn Flannery & Associates five business days prior to course commencing.

Cancellations must be notified in writing 21 working days prior to the course otherwise full payment is required.
