Lyn Flannery is recognised internationally as a leading shopping centre marketing professional - a "Guru" in the Industry.

Lyn’s relaxed demeanour masks a remarkable marketing mind, honed by more than 27 years experience. Combined with her shopping centre marketing and management expertise, this experience has produced excellent results for her past employers over a long period.

Lyn is a Property Council of Australia Certified Marketing Manager (CMM),a Marketing graduate of Charles Sturt University, an Associate Fellow of Australian Marketing Institute and a Certified Practising Marketer (AFAM CPM). Lyn was an active member of the Property Council of Australia’s National Education Committees for over 10 years.

Lyn’s, most recent position was with Queensland Investment Corporation, having joined the corporation in 1991 as a consultant. Lyn joined the permanent staff of QIC in 1993 and held the position of National Manager Marketing, Property Portfolio from 1993-2003.

In her role at QIC Lyn was responsible for setting and delivering the strategic marketing direction for the QIC Retail Shopping Centre portfolio. Lyn was also responsible for all project development and refurbishment marketing strategies.

Lyn resigned her position at QIC in 2003 to form her own company "Lyn Flannery & Associates Pty. Ltd", which specialises in strategic shopping centre marketing, training, education and recruitment.

Lyn's goal in setting up Lyn Flannery & Associates is to offer a marketing consultancy and training service unequalled in the Property (Shopping Centre)industry.
